Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Minor stains less than 0.2 cm, slight thread or yarn ends, and minor fabric loops on textile clothing are considered "normal conditions" and not defects. Please accept these conditions before placing an order.
For hygiene reasons and consumer rights, intimate apparel sales are considered unsealed upon purchase and are non-returnable.
Randomly shipped items are non-returnable.
Discount coupons and store credits used in the original order cannot be refunded in the event of returns or order cancellations.
If the final order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold, the refund amount will deduct the original shipping fee.
For bundled discount items, if the returned items do not meet the discount criteria, the remaining items will revert to their original price, with the price difference deducted from the refund amount.
